No. I believe that lasting health changes take time, and a single session often isn't enough to achieve meaningful results. However, if you're a previous client and we've already worked together, I do offer the option of booking individual follow-up sessions to continue your progress.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a full session fee charge.

I provide a one-month meal plan example as part of my ‘‘package services’’, but my goal is not for you to follow it blindly. My goal is to give you the knowledge and skills to make smart food choices long after we’re done, so you’re never stuck wondering what do I eat now? again.

Between consultations, you’ll have access to email and WhatsApp support (during work hours) for any quick questions or concerns. Additionally, you'll receive educational resources, personalized feedback, and tools to help you stay on track and make progress toward your goals.
